Supporting Website Policies
Last updated: August 1, 2026.

A. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before checkout, disclose total price, recurring frequency, trial conversion, renewal, cancellation method, and material restrictions. Users may cancel through /legal or the support contact method published in the Legal Center. Cancellation prevents future charges and normally preserves access through the paid term. Refunds are the refund policy displayed at checkout except where law requires otherwise. Duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported within 30 days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when practicable.

B. SMS and Email Communications Policy

By separately opting in, a user authorizes recurring automated or non-automated marketing texts at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Transactional messages may be sent as necessary. The Company must retain consent records and identify itself in messages. Marketing email must include an unsubscribe mechanism and required sender information.

C. Webinar and Educational Services Terms

Webinars and courses are educational, may be recorded, and may include hypothetical examples. Registration does not create a professional relationship. Attendees must not record, redistribute, or use materials to provide unauthorized services. The Company may reschedule, replace speakers, remove disruptive attendees, and provide replays. Continuing-education credit is available only if expressly stated and approved by the relevant authority.

D. DMCA and Copyright Complaints

Copyright owners may send a notice to the designated DMCA agent identified in the Legal Center identifying the work, allegedly infringing material and location, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury, and signature. Users may submit a compliant counter-notice. The Company may remove content and terminate repeat infringers. Register the designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office before relying on DMCA safe-harbor procedures.

E. Security and Data Protection Statement

The Company’s program should include governance, inventory, risk assessment, access controls, encryption, secure development, logging, backups, vulnerability management, workforce training, service-provider oversight, incident response, business continuity, and periodic testing. Public statements must describe controls accurately and avoid absolute guarantees. A designated security lead should maintain evidence and incident procedures.

F. Professional Licensing Disclosure

The website should identify the legal entities and jurisdictions through which regulated services are offered. Investment advisory services, if any, should be offered only by a properly registered or exempt adviser under a written agreement and required disclosure brochure. Insurance activities should identify licensed producers and states. Tax and accounting credentials must be described accurately. Software access alone is not a regulated-services engagement.

G. Electronic Signatures and Records Consent

Users consent to receive and sign records electronically and confirm access to internet, a current browser, email, and PDF-capable software. Users may request paper copies and withdraw consent by contacting the support contact method published in the Legal Center, subject to disclosed fees and possible termination where electronic delivery is essential. Users must keep contact information current.

H. Affiliate, Endorsement, and Testimonial Disclosure

The Company may receive compensation from referrals, affiliates, sponsors, insurers, advisers, software providers, or other partners. Material connections will be clearly disclosed near the endorsement or link. Testimonials reflect individual experiences, are not guarantees, and should not be presented as typical without substantiation. Reviews may not be conditioned on positive sentiment.

I. Children’s Privacy Statement

The Services are not directed to children under 13 and accounts require adults. The Company does not knowingly collect children’s information directly. Adult users who enter dependent information remain responsible for lawful authority, data minimization, and appropriate safeguards.
